About Mazel
Mazel has been an amazingly affectionate girl who raised 3 beautiful children! All of her babies got adopted out and now it is her turn to look for a home! She is a medium to a long haired cat with beautiful fluffy tail, soft fur and a precious personality to match! I usually pick her up to put her in my lap and she becomes the smallest little donut! She is a very small frame and cuddles up so very tightly! She is a gentle and polite curious but calm and dignified girl looking for a similar spirit. Some things she's been able to communicate to us since the adoption of her last kitten: 1. Cuddling is her favorite thing! She comes by to lay by my right side every time. 2. Mazel is very affectionate but also she asks that no one tower over her. She takes her time to get acquainted to new smells, but she will be by your side otherwise for every movie or work session. 3. Food wise she is down for pretty much anything. She is currently having kibble and wet food but has been known to enjoy a bite of rotisserie chicken as a treat. 4. Shy with new people like most cats at first but will be coming around shortly. Once you spend some time with her she will be your buddy. She is an easy going girl looking for an easy going household. Her favorites are window perches, couch or papers to cuddle on, and being next to her person. She might meow a few times here and there but otherwise is not a chatty girl. She is 1-2 years old. Mazel never had any health issues. She is spayed, has a microchip, and vaccinations. To meet her send us a message and let us know a little bit about yourself and your pet history/journey. We begin by scheduling a meet and greet first to see if this is a match for you both! You get about an hour to get to know her in the comfort of her temporary home. We will answer any questions you might have and help you with the introductory steps of bringing a new cat into your home (with pets or pet free). It is in our best interest to ensure that this is a match for all! In our application we ensure to include a 2 week return policy if something doesn't work out. The adoption fee is $100 - we are a small nonprofit-rescue, and adoption fees help us to offset some of our expenses like spay/neuter surgery, vaccinations, and other vet bills for sick animals. I write this as she is cuddling up next to me, belly up and rolling, running her head into my hand.
