Max's former owner describes him as "Extremely loving and will smother you with kisses. He would thrive in a wide-open space to run and play all day." He was surrendered because his former owner felt as though he was being unfairly couped up all day without enough space to roam. Max gets along with most dogs but is likely best with large/medium dogs. He is house trained, crate trained, and harness trained. Max has always been good with kids but is likely better with kids 5+ as he loves to hug and could knock smaller kids over. He is trained to sleep in a kennel at night. Knows many commands including sit, stay down, lay down, kennel and shake.
