At just 4.5 months old and 19 pounds, Millie has already beaten the odds. She was found starving on the streets of South Texas, but you’d never guess it now—she’s thriving, full of life, and ready for a fresh start. Millie does have a unique feature—her tail healed from an old break and now has a slight L-shaped curve at the tip. It doesn’t slow her down one bit and just adds to her character. Because of her energy and intelligence, Millie will do best in an active home that can keep her physically and mentally engaged. She’s not a couch potato—she’s a dog that wants to do things with her people. Our group focuses on assisting open admission shelters in South Texas where over 32,000 dogs and cats are euthanized each year. Our puppies and dogs are completely vetted and live in foster homes. They are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, dewormed, and tested for heartworm disease. All adoptions include one month of flea and heartworm preventative and a leash and collar.
