Hey! My name is Boone and I'm a cute pitbull mix. I am a bit of a socially awkward guy who is curious about learning what's going on in the world! I was a stray found on the street before I came to old friends. I was very scared and took a while to be caught. I did not have the best skin when I was found. I have to get medicated baths to help my skin and coat! I get cytopoint as well to help with my itchy skin! I also have to get two eye medications in the morning and at night to help with my dry eyes. Coming to old friends, I was very scared and shut down. I am making more progress every time on learning how to be a dog. I am coming out of my shell more and more each day. I take some people to warm up to people, but when I get to know you, I'm the sweetest boy ever! I love to get cuddled and I like to jump up on you and get a hug! I do okay with dogs, it takes me time to warm up to them, and I prefer more of a quiet non-barky dog. I do better with bigger female dogs, not small.
