Meet Marshmallow! 🤍🐾 Marshmallow is a beautiful 1-year-old Great Pyrenees mix weighing about 65 pounds of gentle, affectionate sweetness. With her adorable freckles and soft expression, she’s just as cute as her name suggests. Marshmallow’s story hasn’t been the easiest. She came from a hoarding situation where most of her life was spent outdoors, tied up with a doghouse. Even after everything, her heart is incredibly open and loving. When she briefly wandered away and returned weeks later, it became clear she deserved a better life — and now she’s getting that chance. Despite her past, Marshmallow is adjusting beautifully to life as a house dog. She has had no accidents in the home, does great in her kennel (goes right in!), and is learning what it means to be part of a family. She is a calm, go-with-the-flow kind of girl who doesn’t bark much and takes everything in stride. Marshmallow absolutely loves being with her people and is incredibly affectionate — the kind of dog who just wants to quietly be by your side. She walks nicely on a leash, is great with cats, and is doing very well with other dogs. Her easygoing nature makes her a wonderful fit for a variety of homes. Marshmallow is the definition of a gentle soul — resilient, loving, and ready to finally experience the comfort and care she’s always deserved. Marshmallow will come with a collar, leash, toy, two food bowls, some food, and a copy of all her medical and microchip information. Her adoption fee of $400 is tax-deductible and includes her spay, vaccines, heartworm testing and treatment, and microchip.
