Meet Helena, a beautiful 4-month-old shepherd mix with a heart as big as her playful spirit. This sweet girl is full of puppy energy and joy, always ready to turn any moment into playtime. If Helena spots a toy, you can bet she’ll scoop it right up and proudly dash off with it, tail wagging the whole way. Her playful personality is impossible not to fall in love with. Once she’s had her fun and burned off some of that puppy energy, Helena’s softer side shines just as brightly. She loves nothing more than curling up across your lap for snuggles, showering you with sweet kisses, and soaking up all the love she can give and receive. She’s the perfect mix of fun-loving companion and affectionate cuddle bug. Helena does wonderfully with other dogs and enjoys playing with both fellow puppies and larger breeds in her foster home. She is also currently learning how to interact respectfully with cats and is doing very well as she figures out that cats don’t quite play the same way puppies do. This smart girl is already showing how eager she is to learn. She listens well, responds nicely to “no” and “come,” and is actively working on her basic commands and potty training. Helena is also comfortable with being in a crate, which is a wonderful start for her continued training and routine.
