Athena and Xena are a gorgeous bonded tuxedo pair of girls who were named after warrior princesses because they came to my backyard as kittens to find food with their mother after losing their siblings. They are survivors. We trapped them and started to socialize them when they were about three months old. They are still on high alert, though they trust their foster parent who spoon fed them from day one. Now they come to their foster parents for pets, brushings, ear rubs, and even eat treats out of her hand. They will come sit on my lap when I sit still for a while, and love on me like there is no tomorrow. They so want to share their love with a furever family who has the time and patience to let them become familiar and comfortable and let their guard down. They will watch your face to gauge your emotion and intention. Please note, fosters do get final approval for any adoption as they are most familiar with the personalities of their foster kittens and cats. Kitten Angels is a non profit, volunteer organization. We rely solely on fostering, volunteers, donations, and adoption fees. An adoption fee of $350 ($175.00 per cat/kitten) must be paid at the time of adoption by either cash or check. All of our adoptable animals are assessed in foster homes, up to date on age appropriate vaccinations and have been spayed or neutered and tested for FeLV/FIV. Medical records will be released with the adopted pet.
