Lilith was born in October 2025 and has been in foster care since she was just tiny. She is now ready to find her new forever home. Lilith doesn't care to share her food and she might even tell you that in person with a grumble. Lilith is a very spunky little girl who knows what she wants and isn't afraid to do whatever she needs to do it. Lilith also loves to cuddle along your neck as you're sleeping - it's her favorite spot to sleep. All pets adopted from the Humane Society of Freeborn County will be spayed or neutered, up to date on age appropriate vaccinations, testing and will be microchipped. All of this is included in their adoption fee. Fill out an application to adopt at freeborncountyhs.org When transitioning your new pet home please allow for at least 4-6 weeks for your pet to adjust to their new home. They will need this time to decompress, and adjust to a new routine and environment. During that time we will provide check ins and counseling to ensure a successful transition. Please review all basic adoption requirements listed on our website before applying. We take finding the right homes for the animals in our care very seriously. They deserve nothing but the best! Please allow 2-7 days for applications to be processed. If an animal is listed in foster care, these pets are not at our facility, but are in foster care homes. They are still available for adoption, and meet and greets are done with pre-approved applicants only.
