He is incredibly people-oriented and is happiest when he’s right by your side. He has a heart of gold and a very busy pair of paws—he loves making biscuits no matter where he is! Minsk has become fast friends with the resident dog in his foster home. He is often found leaning his body right against his canine buddy for some extra warmth.
