Hi, my name is Mica and I’m a short haired black female kitten born 11/22/25. I’m a fun, easygoing little lady who loves to cuddle and play! I’m as happy-go-lucky as they come, and I’d love to add a bit of sunshine to my brand-new forever home. You could call me a social butterfly, since I’m always flitting around saying hi to everyone and making sure no one feels excluded. I keep a busy schedule, with plenty of time for playing, exploring, eating, watching the birds and squirrels outside the windows, hanging out with my foster brother and sisters, napping, and (of course) cuddling with my humans. Out of everything, playing with humans or other cats is my favorite. No matter how sleepy or distracted I am, you can always get my attention with one of my favorite toys. You might have noticed that I’m missing the tip of my left ear! That’s because I used to be a feral kitten. My big brother Jasper and I were trapped together for a “trap, neuter, release” program where they tip cats’ left ears before they release them. That’s when they decided we were too cute and friendly to release. Before we were rescued, it was just the two of us against the world! He’s about a month older than me, so we aren’t littermates, but the humans who left food out for us said he started taking care of me when I was about 2 months old. After we were rescued, Jasper was pretty nervous about being around humans, but I helped him adjust to life as a housecat. Now we can’t imagine life any other way! Now that I’m ready for my forever home, I’m looking for a place where I can play and purr to my heart’s content. I’ve never met a human I didn’t like, and I’m even pretty good with kids. I’m just as social with other cats as I am with humans, and I’ll do best in a home with other cats. Two of my best friends in the world are my foster brother Jasper and my foster sister Lady Gray, and we would be so happy if any of us could get adopted together.
