AvailableThor is a 2-year-old neutered male Domestic Short Hair living in Phoenix, AZ. He has a short black and white tuxedo coat and is medium-sized. Thor is house trained, vaccinated, and manages life with special needs, though it doesn’t slow him down one bit.
About Thor
Thor’s a striking black-and-white cow cat packed with personality and an outsized heart. Just over two years old, he’s already faced down challenges most cats never will—and come out resilient, curious, and deeply loving. Thor can’t use his back legs, but it hardly fazes him; our vet says amputation isn’t needed, as he gets around just fine on his own. He quickly learned to use a low-sided litter box and adapts well to what’s around him. His story starts with a good Samaritan who found him and gave him a safe landing in their laundry room for a short while. When that arrangement ended, Thor landed with us, and he hasn’t looked back. Now neutered and vaccinated, he’s safe, healthy, and making the best of each day. Thor enjoys his scratching post, relishes playtime, and has a quirky habit of sleeping with a leg tossed over his head. When it comes to temperament, Thor is an affectionate, friendly lovebug—a gentle talker who’ll readily tell you about his day. He does well with other cats and seems relaxed with thoughtful children. Thor thrives best in an indoor home that understands his special needs and can offer him safety. What he offers back is loyalty, affection, and honest inspiration. Ready to meet your new best friend?
