He has absolutely no idea what personal space is when it comes to other cats and is physically attached to his fellow housemates at all times. Although it takes him some time to warm up to humans, he watches EVERYTHING and has started to model the resident cats' behavior: accepting treats and pets and even snuggling in bed with his foster mom! Otto is polite, goofy, food-motivated, and very chill. Did we mention he's extremely handsome?
