Miles & Maxine – Available for Adoption Miles & Maxine are a dynamic duo looking for their forever family! These special kitties were scooped up from a cold backyard this winter and have been absolutely loving the indoor life. Rescued together, they have a special bond and are adoptable only as a pair! After a hard winter outdoors, it’s clear that these kitties are ready to give and receive love from their new family. Maxine (small black and white lady) and Miles (large tabby boy) can be a little nervous at first meeting, but are quick to open up in exchange for pets and Churus. Maxine is a confident, chatty girl who loves to lead her brother around the house. She’s curious, affectionate, and loves to play with her feather wand toy to an alarming degree. It will be up to you, her human, to remind her to take breaks and give her brother Miles a turn with the toy! Miles is a little more reserved and likes to observe things first before joining his sister in the chaos. He loves a good butt scratch and will happily give head butts to his favorite people. You can usually find this pair napping in the sun together or wrestling like it’s their day job. They would do well with a family who can keep up with their active lives and is ready to spend lots of time jingling a feather wand toy! Miles & Maxine are both approximately 1 year old, neutered/spayed, negative for FeLV and FIV and up-to-date on their vaccinations.
