Toby is a 2-year-old Rat Terrier mix with a playful and independent personality. Despite his round little shape, he's not much of a foodie, but he absolutely lights up when toys come out. Toby loves to zoom around during playtime but is also perfectly happy doing his own thing and relaxing nearby.
