Upon arriving as a stray, Oren was noted to be fearful but did allow handling. During his handling assessment Oren remained tense however approached staff with coaxing, tolerated contact, was treat receptive. Unfortunately, Oren has become increasingly kennel reactive when being taken out for walks. Oren has been observed to pull hard towards kennel and pushing off walls to kennel fight. Medically, Oren is noted to be underweight but is otherwise apparently healthy. What my friends at ACC say about me: My history is a mystery and my friends here do not know much about me yet! It is unknown if I have ever lived with other animals or children. I would do best in a home with only adult humans. I prefer to call the shots and enjoy coming to you when I'm ready for pets.
