This sweet boy was found as a stray after being cruelly dumped, discovered standing alone in the water when animal control arrived to rescue him. He was severely matted and clearly neglected, with a leash and collar still attached. The most heartbreaking detail? His collar read, “Ohana means family.” Somehow, the very promise around his neck had been broken. To make matters worse, a fishing lure was even found tangled in his fur. Despite everything he’s been through, Wade has proven to be nothing but gentle, loving, and full of trust. Since his rescue, Wade has had a much-needed transformation. He received a full groom and proper veterinary care, and now he’s neutered, up to date on all his vaccines, and feeling so much better.
