When you're looking at me you're looking at love! My name is Lou and even though we haven't met yet, I already love you! I haven't had the easiest start in life, but I don't hold that against anyone. All I want to do is play and give you snuggles. I love to be petted and be around people. I do this funny thing where I spin around and around in circles when I get excited, or nervous, or anxious, or just about anything, but this nice lady they called a vet says she thinks that will ease up when I know I'm safe and loved as much as I love everyone else. I'm being treated like a princess in my foster home, but I really would like a couch or a bed to call my own.
