What she offers instead is tranquility so profound it should come with soft background music. Sit beside her for five minutes and your entire bloodstream slows down like it finally remembered how to relax. That's not a metaphor. That's medical. Her eyes are outrageous. Deep. Thoughtful. The kind of eyes that make you confess things. She doesn't ask questions. She just looks at you and suddenly you're telling her about that one thing you did in 2007. She forgives you immediately. Nana Banana has the house manners of someone who would fold your laundry without being asked. Yes, she is heartworm positive. Yes, treatment has already begun and is fully covered. Due to the high volume of introductions/questions received we ask you to submit an application (that application can be used for any dog with Take Paws Rescue). The adoption fee for adult dogs covers age appropriate vaccinations, microchip, spay/neuter if not yet performed, heartworm test & appropriate heartworm treatment by the rescue's vet. All dogs in our care are also kept up-to-date on HW/Flea Prevention.
