This adorable sweetheart is ready to find his forever home Porter is still getting used to the comforts of home life, so he can be a little timid at first-but once he feels safe, his loving personality truly shines. He's a mellow, gentle boy who enjoys relaxing near his people, but he also has a silly, playful side that comes out in the cutest ways once he's comfortable. He does wonderfully with kids and gets along great with other dogs, making him the perfect addition to any family or multi-pet home. He's also been around cats and does well with them, though he prefers they respect his space and not get too close. At night, Porter sleeps in his kennel. It may take him a little bit to settle at first, but he eventually relaxes and sleeps well through the night. He's also doing really well with potty training and continues to make great progress. Porter is looking for a patient, loving family who will give him the time he needs to adjust and learn that he's safe.
