Meet Alfredo! He's an incredibly sweet boy who is both chill and playful. He loves attention and basking in the sun. He gets along great with the cat and dog in the home and he always uses the litter box. His long fur requires lots of brushing but luckily being brushed is his most favorite thing. I think he likes being brushed more than he likes food. Alfredo had all of his teeth removed due to severe dental disease but that doesn't stop him from eating anything; he loves canned food, dry food and every type of treat he's come across. Alfredo would do best with someone who will be patient with him while he settles in and who will put in the work to gain his trust. Preferably a home without small children, but he would really like a feline friend. To adopt you must first complete an adoption application and meet the cat in its foster home. We do not do same day adoptions so, generally, we can only adopt within the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area.
