Bridge attended playgroup on 3/30. He was friendly and somewhat social. he was unsure when interacting his ears and body would become stiff. overall, I would say he needs more socialization he is just very anxious in larger groups but did seem to want to be in the yard and stayed out for quite a while. 3/26/26: I took Bridge out today for some playtime and relaxation. I had said hi to him at his kennel yesterday and he seemed to recognize me, waking up and wagging his tail. He leashed up easily but did pull on the leash on the way outside. When we passed by another dog who was also short but maybe more puppy-like, his hackles raised and he pulled hard to go nearer to him. Outside he was pretty distracted with that other dog but would occasionally come to me for pets or do a fast zoom run around the yard. He may be showing barrier reactivity or just have a bit of an inflated ego. I like him anyways. He is a very confident boy but would need to be dog tested before going home to a family with other pets. Great with people!
