Meet Dolly, a delightful 4-year-old pup who tips the scales at around 30 pounds. This playful girl has a zest for life, enjoying every moment spent leaping through piles of leaves and pursuing squirrels in the yard. Having spent at least three months as a stray, Dolly has developed a strong sense of independence. As a result, she can be protective of her food and toys, especially when it comes to sharing with other dogs. While she can manage her crate, her true preference is to cuddle up on the couch with her favorite human. She is very clingy & needy. Her ideal home would be someone who is retired, works from home or that will be willing to take her places. She loves car rides. She falls asleep every time. Dolly requires a gradual introduction to new dogs and unfamiliar faces. She hasn't been exposed to babies or young children yet. Currently, she is residing in Cameron, NC.
