Birman is an adorable female Labrador Retriever/Husky mix puppy who was brought to the HSOV on February 15, 2026 along with her seven siblings (Abyssinian, Bombay, Devon Rex, Maine Coon, Munchkin, Ragdoll, and Sphynx). These beautiful puppies were found fending for themselves on River Lane near Marietta Ohio. Fortunately a Good Samaritan found these youngsters and brought them to the safety of our shelter. The puppies were estimated to have been 10-weeks old at that time. Birman has a shiny black short smooth coat with white markings on her chest, white toes/paws, a long tail, and a cute puppy face with dark brown eyes, a narrow white stripe on her nose/forehead, a dusting of white on her chin, a slender muzzle, and large floppy ears. This little sweetheart has a lovable, playful puppy personality. Birman and her brothers/sisters are sharing their very own room in a quiet area of our shelter, and they are always romping/playing to their heart's content. HSOV is currently accepting applications for these adorable youngsters. They are available for foster-to-adopt with an approved HSOV foster/adoption application .. And they will be spayed/neutered before they are officially adopted by their foster family.
