About Pretzel M
Your new best friend is just one click away. Meet Pretzel, a resilient and lovable 8-month-old Schnauzer mix with a remarkable journey. Rescued from a difficult start with a backyard breeder in Pinellas County, Pretzel has overcome major challenges and now delights in exploring the world and being with people. Despite ongoing neurological issues with his back, his spirit is bright, and he greets life with a happy, playful attitude. Pretzel is incredibly sweet, affectionate, and eager to be loved. Now that he's learned how to walk, he's enthusiastic about every adventure and wants nothing more than to spend time with his favorite people. He gets along well with other dogs and doesn't mind cats, making him a wonderful companion for a multi-pet household. As a young, exuberant pup who can be a bit mouthy when excited, Pretzel is best suited for a home with mature children. His ongoing medical needs mean he's hoping for a special adopter comfortable managing his neurological care. A few important requirements: Pretzel's future family must provide a fully fenced yard, agree to share a completion certificate for obedience training, and keep Pretzel as an indoor, beloved family member. All communication with the rescue is via email, and applications must be thorough to ensure the best match for his needs. The spay/neuter procedure will be coordinated by the rescue if not already done, and adoption includes this as part of the fee. Pretzel is truly a little miracle with a big heart, ready to give all his love to the right person or family. Give them the home they have been waiting for. Apply today.
