While she loves to be near her favorite people and pretend to be their shadows -- even claiming a lap or two, she is not an enjoyer of being carried, it just may cause some mild discomfort on her affectionate excess flab she carries with her on her stomach (we don't shame!). Sudden loud noises are also not her friend. When she's ready for pets, you'll know it. She will headbutt, poke you with her nose, and use her paws like hands with opposable thumbs for pets and kisses.
