Phoenix has found himself in a shelter in Puerto Rico, still waiting for his chance at a better life, but just like his name, he’s ready to rise into something new. Phoenix is a 1-year-old fluffy 15–20 lb neutered male who is up to date on vaccines and ready to take that next step. He’s curious, smart, and full of fun-loving energy. He enjoys playing in the yard, gets along well with other dogs, and would love a family to call his own.
