Pidge is estimated to be about 8 years old, and while we don’t know her full backstory, we do know she’s been somebody’s baby before. She knows all about human food and will beg on her hind legs like a little pro — proof that she’s had love in her life. When Pidge arrived at the ARF, she had a few mammary masses. They were removed and didn’t appear suspicious, so no further testing was needed. She’s also been spayed and had a dental cleaning, so she’s ready for her new home now that she’s healed up. Once she bonds with you, Pidge will be your shadow. She loves snuggling in a lap, being held, and she also enjoys little walks. She would do best in a home without small children. She’s friendly with other dogs. We’re not sure if she’s fully housetrained yet, but she is kennel trained and eager to please. Her adoption fee is $150, which doesn’t come close to covering her medical care — but Pidge is worth every penny.
