Meet Chanel! Chanel is a sweet and affectionate Manx cat who is looking for her forever home. She was found at the Abernathy Arts Center and appears to have once been a beloved pet before being abandoned. Despite the time she has spent on her own outdoors, her gentle and loving nature has never wavered — and she is now ready to find the warm home she deserves. Chanel absolutely loves being petted and having her chin rubbed, and she will happily curl up in your lap while you watch TV in the evening. She also loves to sleep during the day and is known to snuggle under the comforter — she is incredibly cute! When she is not snoozing, she is playful and full of personality, making her a wonderful and entertaining companion. Chanel can be a little jumpy at times, which is completely understandable given that she has likely spent the past several months navigating life outdoors. With a little patience and a calm environment, she will settle right in. Based on what we have seen, she should do well in a home with other animals.
