Meet #Washington (6 months old & full of puppy shenanigans ) Washington is brand new to the shelter ,only here a couple of weeks ,and we are already hoping his stay is a SHORT one. Because a puppy like this? He should be growing up in a home, not a kennel. At just 6 months old, Washington is everything you’d expect… Playful. Goofy. Full of energy. And yes… a little bit of a lovable nut ball. He LOVES to play, loves attention, and is at that perfect age where he’s ready to learn all the things. This is the fun part , the part where you get to shape him into your perfect companion. But let’s not forget… he came in as a stray. No one came looking. And now he’s here, trying to figure out this loud, overwhelming place when he should be learning what it means to be someone’s puppy. Washington would thrive in a home that can: Give him structure and consistency Work on training (he’s young and ready!)
