#Paris is checking in… Our sweet girl Paris came to us last week as an owner surrender… and you can just feel it — she’s missing her home. There’s something about her eyes… especially in the photo a volunteer took this week… you can see the sadness, the confusion… like she’s still trying to understand where her people went. And that’s the part that gets us. Because the volunteers will all tell you the same thing… Paris is SO incredibly sweet. She has the cutest little wiggle when she sees you — that full body, happy girl wiggle that says, “Hi… please love me.” The good news? Paris came in with two small dogs, and she has done wonderful with them, so we do feel comfortable saying small dogs are her friends. (We would still require a resident dog meet, as always.) She has not been cat tested at this time. Right now, Paris is trying her best… but shelter life just isn’t where she belongs. She should be on a couch. Looking out a window. Following her people from room to room. Instead… she’s sitting in a kennel, waiting for someone to come back for her… or someone new to choose her. She does appear to have a few skin issues that we are looking into, but please don’t let that stop you — that is temporary. Her sweetness? That’s forever. We are trying so hard to get Paris back into a home quickly… before the stress of the shelter takes more of a toll on her. Please consider opening your heart and home to this beautiful girl.
