#Rocket Checking In… This sweet boy we’re calling Rocket came to us as part of a humane case, but you’d never know it by how loving he is. At just about 5 months old, Rocket is a young Boxer mix with a heart full of love. He’s super friendly with everyone he meets and just wants to be your buddy. He is a little on the thin side right now and will need to gain some healthy weight, but he’s already on his way to feeling better..and we know he’s going to thrive in a home. We are still learning about him. So far, he doesn’t seem to mind other dogs, but a resident dog meet is always required. We have not cat tested him. Because he’s still a puppy and will need guidance, we feel a home with older respectful children would be best so we can set him up for success. Rocket will need all the things..training, structure, patience, and lots of love …but we promise he will give it all right back. Let’s not let this baby grow up in a kennel… he deserves a real home.
