Meet Nena! 9 months old | 29 lbs (as of 4/1/26) Nena is a sweet 9-month-old pup rescued from the streets of San Juan, Puerto Rico, where she came into our Sanctuary’s care and has been thriving ever since. Now she’s ready to find her forever home! Nena loves her daily walks, cozy naps, and is a big fan of couch cuddles. She’s a total morning girl, waking up happy and ready to start the day with her people—her joy is contagious! She arrived in the Northeast on March 19th and is currently in foster in Brooklyn, where she’s settling in beautifully and showing what a wonderful companion she is.
