Meet Lassie, a small Chihuahua girl with a sleek black and brown coat, a bright white chest, and tall ears that give her an alert and endearing expression. At about 11.4 pounds and just over a year old, she is a little dog with warm eyes, a pretty face, and a tidy frame that would fit beautifully into many kinds of homes. Lassie came to Tracy’s Paws Rescue as a stray intake. She carries herself with a curious, attentive posture that suggests she is ready to be close to her people, and her striking coloring gives her an especially polished look. Lassie is heart worm negative. She did test positive for Ehrlichia and has started doxycycline for treatment. She will receive the care she needs as she continues moving toward adoption. She has been tested for Chagas and results are pending. Lassie is located in Hondo, Texas and is available with approved application and confirmed adoption. She is spayed, up-to-date on all shots, micro-chipped and her adoption fee is $325.
