Meet Riley! She’s 17 years old and front declawed. Her previous owner passed away and the family didn’t know what to do. She came to a local vet clinic to be euthanized not because she was sick, but simply because she was old. Our rescue stepped in and she’s received the work up. She was spayed many years ago, vaccines have been updated, she’s microchipped, tested negative for FIV and FELV, and also had senior bloodwork done which showed normal levels and that Riley still has life to give a new family. We are looking for a loving and quiet retirement home for her. It’s not every day you meet a girl like Riley! A baby in 2008, and now the wise grandma we all need snuggled up in the couch.
