About Gregor
Gregor is a 4-year-old, 17-pound dachshund mix with a gentle, resilient spirit and a soft, black and white coat. After surviving difficult beginnings in a hoarding case, he's emerged full of gratitude and genuine affection for people and dogs alike. He brings a quirky little bounce to every step and enjoys nothing more than curling up in a welcoming lap after playtime. Gregor has adapted to family living: he gets along well with children, teens, and adults, and demonstrates friendliness to large and small dogs without an ounce of aggression. Having spent time healing both physically and emotionally, Gregor is now a playful, easygoing companion. He loves to chase a ball or laze on the couch, whichever suits the day. With other dogs, he's social and gentle; at feeding time, he’s polite and comfortable. Crate clean and now leash trained, Gregor also does just fine with a short fence. When approached by cats, he's more timid than anything, seeking comfort rather than confrontation. Vaccinated and neutered, Gregor remains trusting and hopeful, wanting nothing more than to give and receive love. If you need a sweet, loyal friend, Gregor is ready to meet you.
