Is anyone missing me? I am an adult female approx. 1-3 years old and weighs about 45Lbs. I was found off of Graystone in Rockwall on 04/02/26. No chip. No collar. RAC completes this procedure at the age of 12 weeks. This policy is non-negotiable and violation of this health code is a criminal offense.
