Kamila - Sweet Momma Ready for Her Forever Home Age: Estimated 3-4 years Meet Kamila, a gentle and loving momma cat who is ready for a fresh start. At just 3-4 years old, Kamila has already raised several litters, and this will be her last--she deserves a life now where she can simply be someone's cherished girl. Kamila was rescued from Southeast Iowa, just in time--she was taken in one day before giving birth to her five kittens on March 5. Thanks to that rescue, her cycle of repeated litters has finally come to an end. She has proven to be a wonderful, attentive mother and, just as importantly, a very sweet and affectionate cat with people. Kamila enjoys attention and has a calm, gentle presence that makes her easy to love. Kamila is being offered for pre-adoption, as mom cats are often ready for their own homes shortly after their kittens are weaned (her kittens will be available mid to late May). She is scheduled to be spayed on April 27 and will be ready to transition to her forever home shortly after. Due to her background surviving outdoors, Kamila would likely do best in a home without dogs, where she can feel safe and continue adjusting to indoor life at her own pace. Kamila is looking for a home where she can finally relax, be cared for, and enjoy life beyond motherhood.
