About Cricket Hoping With My
Hi. I’m Cricket. I know I may not have fluffy fur, perfect ears & I wear the scars of neglect & abuse. To be honest, I’m a bit of an expert on surviving things I never should’ve had to survive. Not to brag, but I’ve: ✔️ Been starved ✔️ Been hurt by humans ✔️ Collected a few scars (okay, a lot) ✔️ Somehow… still decided people are worth loving So yeah. As you can see from my photos, I’m a survivor. My ears? A little “custom.” My past? Not great. My heart? Embarrassingly soft. Like… “leans into your hand after knowing you for 5 minutes” soft. I know, I know. I should probably have trust issues. But instead, I look at people like: 👉 “Are you… the one who’s going to be nice to me forever?” No pressure. I’d really love to be your one and only. Not because I’m high maintenance… But because I’ve spent my whole life competing for survival, and I’m kind of ready to just be chosen. I’m learning this whole “house dog” thing in foster, and honestly? Big fan. Soft beds? 10/10. Kind voices? Would recommend. Being safe? Huge upgrade. The only thing that would make it better is to have a forever home. Of my own. And a person to love. With a little patience—and maybe someone who understands dogs like me—I’m going to be the kind of dog that gives you their whole heart.… not because I have to, but because I finally get to. Adoption fee sponsored. Spayed, vaccinated, microchipped. All that’s missing… is you. Love, Cricket Rescue Coop is a registered 501c that saves dogs from imminent euthanasia and at risk situations and transports them directly to approved adopters nationwide. We are located in SC but in three years, we have placed 450 dogs in 20 states. We post our dogs in the areas we regularly transport to. Our adoption fee is $200 with no additional transport charges. Unfortunately we are unable to do meet and greets but our adoption coordinators strive to make excellent matches. If interested in one of our pups, please submit an application and an adoption coordinator will call. Our application is at RescueCoop. Org under Services if you’d like to apply. Note: Breeds are best guess.
