When Cherry Garcia was found wandering alone, the shelter system labeled him "New Hope Only." It’s a heavy title that often means a dog's time is running out—unless a rescue steps in. PMAR knew we had to be that chance, and we are so glad we were. Since arriving, Cherry has proven that labels are just words. He is nothing but happy, exuberant, and pure goofy joy! Currently thriving in his foster home in Binghamton, he’s spending his days proving that everyone deserves a second look (and a second chance). The Details: Age: Approx. 2 years old (the fun years!) Personality: Sweet, people-oriented, and a total goofball. The Pack: He’s a social butterfly! He does well with other dogs, cats, and kids.
