She’s the type of dog that instantly brings a sense of peace and comfort—quiet, affectionate, and happiest when close to her people. Trudy thrives on human attention and will melt into your touch for pets and cuddles. She adores her 10-year-old companion, is wonderful with kids, gets along very well with other dogs, and even coexists peacefully with cats. Truly, she effortlessly becomes part of almost any family. Trudy is fully house- and crate-trained, easily going into her crate and treating it as her safe, cozy spot. With impeccable manners, she knows how to sit, walks beautifully on leash, enjoys car rides, and isn’t at all destructive or noisy. Her easygoing nature means she’s content with a short stroll followed by a restful nap in her favorite bed. Currently in a caring foster home, Trudy is recovering from a flea-related skin condition, getting better every day and blossoming into her best self. She doesn’t require a yard or another canine companion—a comfy resting spot and loving people are all she truly needs.
