Elsie is an 8-week-old, 2.75 lb., female Maltese/Shih Tzu mix. She was born in rescue on February 5 of this year after her momma, Pepper, came from Oklahoma very pregnant. Elsie is a happy baby girl that loves to play with other dogs and wants all of the attention she can get. She is just learning about the world so she will need a lot of work on house training, kennel training, and socialization.
