Rosie is precious! This girl somehow ended up in a SC shelter when all she deserves is a loving home. We have promised her that will happen! She is gentle, dog friendly and a total sweetheart. Rosie will play, enjoys other dogs but would also be fine as the only dog, being spoiled by her person. She's a great pup with good inside manners and plenty of love to give.
