Meet Boone 💙 Boone is one of the “Lucky Pups,” born on January 11th, and he’s every bit the blessing his name suggests. After getting a second chance alongside his siblings, Boone is now ready to find a forever home of his own. The only boy in a litter of sisters, Boone has been learning social skills from day one—and it shows! This chunky little guy is equal parts cuddly and playful. He loves snuggling up with his sisters just as much as he enjoys a good wrestling match (though his sister Iris usually keeps him in check 😉). Don’t let his serious photos fool you—Boone is a total goofball. His personality is growing every day, and he’s quickly becoming a fun, affectionate, and entertaining companion. Boone currently weighs about 12 pounds and is growing fast. We expect him to be 60+ pounds full grown. His DNA results show a mix of American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, and Dogo Argentino—breeds known for their loyalty, intelligence, and loving nature. Like most puppies, Boone is in his teething phase and especially enjoys using his “teefers.” He’s learning to redirect to toys and chews, and he’ll thrive with continued guidance. Because of this, he may do best in a home with slightly older children who understand puppy behavior. Boone is microchipped, on flea, tick, and heartworm prevention, and has started his puppy vaccination schedule. At this young age, Boone will do best in a home where someone is around most of the day to provide structure, playtime, and companionship as he grows into a confident, well-adjusted dog.
