This young girl, Harper, is the bestest. She is the sweetest girl ever to humans and dogs. She loves to go on car rides, she likes baths. She is just everyone's friend. Harper was diagnosed as being Deaf. Because of that, she stays near her human when on the leash and is always verifying that someone is near her. She does very well on a leash. She gets around very well without a leash as well, although she has not been off leash outside on walks. She would do well with any family, and especially with a family with a dog to act as her ears. I've been told there is a collar that works with a vibration to let the dog know when to pay attention. Either way, Harper is a very good girl and is looking for her furever home. Harper is currently in the Houston, TX area however transportation is available. A portion of her adoption fee includes her transportation.
