Meet Ellie, a lovely 6-year-old orange domestic shorthair with a soft coat and a gentle spirit. Weighing 13 pounds, Ellie is on the timid side at first, but with patience and kindness, she truly blossoms. Once she feels safe and begins to trust, her affectionate nature shines through, and she becomes an incredibly loving cuddlebug who enjoys close companionship with her person. Ellie may feel unsure around other cats and dogs, but with slow, thoughtful, and patient introductions, she has the potential to adjust. She would do best in a quieter home where she can take her time settling in and building confidence at her own pace. In the right environment, Ellie will reward her adopter with deep loyalty and a calm, devoted presence. She is spayed, microchipped, and up to date on vaccinations, making her ready for her new home.
