Paget is a 10-month-old brown/orange tabby with a personality just as charming as her namesake.True to her “Criminal Minds” inspiration, Paget is observant and curious, always keeping an eye on what’s going on around her. But instead of solving mysteries, she’s more interested in solving the puzzle of how to get closer to you—whether that means climbing into your lap, draping herself across your shoulders, or gently reaching out a paw to pull you back in for more pets. She’s incredibly sweet-natured and affectionate, the kind of cat who thrives on companionship. Paget loves to be involved in whatever you’re doing, happily supervising chores, lounging nearby during downtime, and curling up close when it’s time to relax. Her easygoing and friendly demeanor makes her a joy to be around—she just wants to love and be loved. Meet and greet/adoption appointments are highly recommended to ensure the animal you are interested in is currently at the shelter. All our cats and kittens have an "Adopt one and the 2nd at half the adoption fee!" bonus!!! Our kitten/cat adoption fees vary on age, ($25-125 +TAX) special needs, lonely heart status (cats that have been with us 6+ months), and for our senior to seniors program. Our adoption fees include the following: all of our cats/kittens are current on vaccinations (FVRCP series and Rabies if over 3 months of age) at the point of adoption, dewormed, tested for Feline Leukemia (FeLV) and Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV), treated for fleas/ticks/earmites in addition to being spayed or neutered once the cat reaches 2 lbs in weight. All cats and kittens adopted from the shelter are microchipped. Adoption fees may vary in special circumstances. Because we are on a busy street, we require that all cats leaving the shelter be in a carrier. All pets are up for adoption until an approved application is processed and their adoption fee is paid.
