About Cookie
Cookie lives up to her name—she’s as sweet and comforting as they come, and just about impossible not to love. Her big, soulful eyes tell you right away she’s all heart, and she’s ready to hand it over to whoever becomes her person. She keeps things simple and is happiest when she’s close by—riding in the car, lounging on the sofa while you watch TV, or curling up as you read. Bring out a Kong with a bit of peanut butter, and you’ll have her full attention. Cookie is more than just affectionate; she’s sharp. She knows her basic commands—sit, stay, come, leave it, drop it, and bring it—and she learns fast because she wants to please. She’s fully house-trained and crate-trained, quickly settling in for nighttime or during the day. She does best as the only dog in the home, so she can soak up all the affection. Cookie is wonderful with kids and forms strong, loyal bonds with her people. If you want a snuggly, loyal friend who will be right by your side, Cookie is ready. By the way—Cookie is a Taurus, which probably explains her easygoing nature and love of comfort. What are you waiting for? Apply today!
