About Willow
Meet Willow, a 2-year-old, 19-pound ticked tri Cowboy Corgi who checks every box to be your perfect companion. She could be an especially great fit for apartment living with her quiet, adaptable nature and easygoing personality, while also having the drive and athleticism to excel in agility or other dog sports. She is affectionate, snuggly, and incredibly loving. Willow is the kind of dog who will happily curl up next to you on the couch or in bed, soaking up all the pets and scratchies she can get. She is very people-oriented and thrives on connection, always wanting to be close and part of whatever you are doing. She also has a fun, playful side and absolutely loves to play fetch. Whether it is tossing toys around the house or getting in a good game outside, Willow brings a great balance of energy and companionship. She would do wonderfully in an active home and would likely excel in activities like agility or other dog sports. She is a confident, well-balanced dog who does great meeting new people and gets along well with other dogs. She is not easily startled and carries herself with a calm, steady presence. Willow is incredibly well-mannered and easy to live with. She is very smart, house trained, and walks beautifully on a loose leash. She is quiet, patient, and very well crate trained, settling easily into home life. She eats well, keeps a clean space, and rides exceptionally well in the car, making her a fantastic travel companion. One important note is that Willow is capable of scaling a six-foot privacy fence, so a traditional fenced yard is not the right fit for her. Because of this, she would do best in a home that plans to exercise her on leash or through structured activity. She would thrive in an apartment or home without a fenced yard, as long as her physical and mental needs are met. She truly is the kind of dog who fits seamlessly into your life while making it better every day. Willow truly checks all the boxes. She is loving, loyal, playful, well-mannered, and ready to be someone’s perfect companion. ⸻ Medical Information: • Spayed • Up to date on vaccinations • Heartworm tested (negative) • Fecal tested (negative) • On heartworm & flea preventative Adoption Fee: $650 This fee includes all veterinary care, grooming, and supplies, and helps support our ongoing rescue efforts for other dogs in need.
