Also known to his associates as Green Bean or Beanie Baby, this handsome fellow is the master of the "slow burn." While he might start off a little shy—acting like a mysterious character in a noir film—it doesn't take much to crack his tough exterior. In fact, the secret to his heart isn't classified information: it's a hairbrush. One session with his favorite grooming tool and Mr. Green transforms from a silent investigator into a full-blown purr monster who lives for belly rubs. Lately, Mr. Green has been expanding his undercover operations to include lap time and a very specific interest in nestling into his human’s hair. He’s a sensitive soul who finds his courage through affection, though he still maintains his "tough guy" reputation when his favorite red mousey toy is involved. When he isn't busy hunting felt rodents or perfecting his hair-nesting techniques, he can usually be found napping in a cozy heap with his sister, Mrs. White, or plotting harmless mischief with his foster siblings, Dusk and Sunset. Mr. Green is already neutered, microchipped, and fully vetted, making him the perfect "turn-key" companion for someone who loves a cat with depth. He’s a loyal boy who would love to be adopted with his buddy Dusk, ensuring that the mystery and the cuddles never have to end. All of AdvoCat Rescue's cats and kittens are fostered in private homes. We require a completed pre-application to be submitted prior to scheduling potential adopters to meet them. Once an application is approved, we then schedule a virtual meet & greet.
