This small adult male chihuahua is full of personality and charm. He is not yet house trained, but is already neutered and current on vaccinations. Vinny gets along well with both dogs and cats, as well as children. He is currently located with Toledo's Pet Bull Project.

While he might be a bit cautious with new people, a little patience—and a few treats—go a long way in winning him over.
